This 1987 Ford F-250 Supercab XLT Lariat is a 1 owner, low mileage, rust free truck from the Pacific NW. It has the 6.9L IDI Diesel engine and it has a great color combo. This is an XLT Lariat so it is highly optioned. This is a great looking truck that has been well cared for and it runs and drives excellent. The body is super clean and straight!! The Black and Smoke Metallic paint looks beautiful and is a cool color combination. The truck was professionally repainted 1 time because of the Ford paint peeling problem of that era. The paint still looks wonderful. All of the chrome and trim looks great. The bed has a spray in bedliner and the underside is also super clean. We found no rust issues with this truck.
The interior is all original and also in excellent condition. The seats, carpet, headliner, door panels, and dash are all in excellent original condition. The headlights, taillights, running lights, brake lights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise control. It has working power windows and power locks. The windshield wipers and the horn work. The heat and AC also work great!!
Mechanically this truck is top notch and it runs and drives great!! The engine is the original 6.9L IDI Diesel engine that runs strong with no issues or red flags that we found. It appears to be totally stock. It has an extremely clean engine compartment as well. It has the C6 Automatic Transmission that shifts nice and it is mated to the manual Borg Warner transfer case. The 4WD works like it should, The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 4.10 gears and the front axle is the Dana 44 TTB with 4.10 gears. This is all sitting on a nice set of Ford factory Rims with All terrain tires!
