This 1985 Jeep CJ-7 is a really clean and very nice Jeep that was frame off restored 6-7 years ago. It was built to be a weekend driver that was also able to do some basic offroading if you wanted to. It is a nicely built Jeep with some nice extras. The body was converted to fibreglass so it obviously has no rust and never will in the future. The Grille and windshield frame are steel and from the original body. It was painted White when it was restored and the paint still looks nice. It has a full Bestop soft top and doors that are still in excellent condition. It has front and rear aftermarket bumpers. The frame is super clean and solid with no patches.

The interior is your basic Jeep CJ interior and in nice shape. It has the Factory Bucket seats with Bestop all weather seat covers that still look new. The rear seat is the original factory that is still in nice shape. It has an all new stainless dash with custom gauges and a custom steering wheel. It has a custom roll cage that is tied into the frame which is really nice. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. The heat and windshield wipers work but the horn is not working.

Mechanically this Jeep is excellent and it runs and drives great! The engine is the 4.2L Inline 6 (258) that was rebuilt when the Jeep was restored. We did not get the receipt. It has a ild cam, Clifford aluminum 4 Barrel intake, Holley 4 Barrel Carb, MSD Ignition, and headers. The engine runs strong with no issues or red flags that we found. The transmission is the T176 4 Speed manual that shifts nice with a good clutch.vIt is mated to the Dana 20 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the AMC 20 with 3.73 gears and a limited slip. The front axle is a Dana 30 with 3.73 gears. They added a 4 Inch all spring lift with heavy duty shackles to help fit the aluminum wheels with 35 Inch Nitto Mud Grappler tires. Other upgrades include an AGR Power Steering system with new steering box and pump. It also has stainless brake lines and up graded front disc brakes.
