1976 INTERNATIONAL SCOUT TRAVELER. SOLID, RUST FREE, LOW MILE, SURVIVOR!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1976 International Scout Traveler is a really cool, 2 owner, extremely nice, true survivor that spent its life in Montana. This Scout has been babied and well maintained its whole life and it shows. It really is a true time capsule. The owner stated the miles are actual and the original condition definitely confirms this. We have the original owners manual, original line setting ticket, and original service policy paperwork. This Traveler has the Deluxe Interior Trim Package. The body on this Scout Traveler is super clean and straight....a really nice original all steel body. It was always stored inside which is why the vehicle is in such excellent condition. The Buckskin paint is almost all original except for the front of the hood which the original owner had repainted once because of stone chips. The paint and wood trim still look great and it is really cool that it is original. All of the original chrome and trim is still in great condition. The underside of this vehicle is amazing!! It is all original and super clean and solid. The underside has never been painted and there is only some light surface rust on bare metal parts. It is exceptionally clean for a Scout.

The interior is also in excellent original condition. Everything is original except for the front seat which was reupholstered at some point. The floor mat, door panels, dash, dash pad, and rear seat are all original and excellent. The headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. The cruise control works. The horn and windshield wipers work. Even the heat and AC work. A great original interior.

Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives unbelievably nice. The engine is the original 5.6L 345 V8 that runs strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we found. It has factory dual exhaust and the engine appears to be totally stock. It has the 727 Automatic transmission that shifts nice. It is mated to the Dana 20 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the Dana 44 with 3.07 gears and the front axle is also a Dana 44 with 3.07 gears. This is all sitting on a set of factory wheels and hubcaps with new 235/75/15 all terrain tires. This is a rare find in today's day and age.

We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show you everything so you can get a true representation of the vehicle.
